Stone house with traditional features for sale in Pescia, Tuscany, Italy

An interior photo of the house converted from a mill

This house for sale is a former mill built of stone and converted into a home with traditional Italian features.

It is located in the countryside in northern Tuscany in Italy in the small town of Pescia, in the province of Pistoia.

The property was built next to a small river as it was originally built to be used as a mill. The town was once an important area for the production of textiles, including silk.

Now it is a nice home with traditional features like wooden beams on the ceilings and brick fireplaces. There is also a pizza oven so you can cook just like the Italians like to !

The house has three upper floors and a basement. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms so it would be ideal for a family.

Something you should see is the inside passageway to the private garden and river.

Pescia has a population of 20,000 and is now known as the ‘Flower Capital’ of Italy. Many flowers are grown locally and sold throughout the country and Europe.

The house is for sale – Euros 280,000.
